MP3Pro fully respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and content owners. We do not host, store, or distribute any media files on our servers. We provide a transient technical format conversion tool.

Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative thereof and believe that any content converted through our service infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal written takedown request to our designated copyright agent.

Required Information for a Valid DMCA Notice:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the specific URL(s) (e.g. YouTube video link) that you request to be blocked or blacklisted.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
